PERSONAL TRAINING

Our programs are designed to target your specific needs as well as your overall fitness. You will gain a renewed sense of strength and energy that will combine with a new sense of balance and awareness. Our personalized exercise programs will provide a private trainer to work with you 2 to 3 times (one hour each session) per week at your time and place of convenience. We provide a balance training which includes weight training, cardiovascular workout, as well as flexibility and stability exercises. Our programs will maximize fat burning, increase your range of motion, and accelerate recovery. We will continuously review your program and make the appropriate adjustments that will jump start your workouts in order to help you to advance to the next level.

The program starts by completing a comprehensive assessment. The information that will be gathered includes your medical and health history, exercise history, lifestyle activity, goals, exercise preferences, and more. We will then evaluate your information and prepare for your first consultation together. After assessing your current fitness level, we will tailor an exercise program to suit your needs, provide nutrition counseling, perform follow-up assessments including body fat analysis, and, most importantly, motivate you throughout your transformation.
